1. Backing Up Google Classroom
- Access your Google Classroom and navigate to the Classwork tab.
- Download specific materials, submissions, or grades from the Grades section as required.
2. Backing Up Google Photos
- Visit Google Takeout and locate the Google Photos section.
- Select the checkbox for Google Photos.
- Follow the prompts to download your photos.
3. Backing Up Email
- Option 1: Forward selected emails to your personal email account for accessibility.
- Option 2: Use Google Takeout under the Mail section to export all email data. (Note: Exported files will be in MBOX format.)
4. Backing Up Google Drive and Files
- Option 1: Share the desired files and folders with your personal email account and create copies for safekeeping.
- Option 2: Download the required files directly to your computer.
- Option 1: You can also use Google Takeout under the Drive section to select and download specific content.
5. Verification and Secure Storage
- After downloading, verify that the backup files are complete and functional.
- Ensure these backups are stored securely on an external drive or cloud storage service for redundancy and future access.
