Usually, there are only a few reasons why you cannot print.
Please check the following reasons.
- Check if you are connected to a wireless network named "PYD Wifi" or not. If you are connected to another network, you will not be able to print.
- Please connect to "PYD Wifi" before you printing.
- Check if you are connected to VPN. If you are connected to VPN, you will not be able to print.
- Please turn off the VPN first.
- Check if you are setting printing peferences. If you are setting not same your file to print "A4". you will not be able to print.
- Please you check setting printing preferences and your file to print.
- You might have reached the limit of printing quota each month.
- Please submit a ticket to IT Support for verification and add more limit quota.
- For macOS User, if you just updated the OS, you won't be able to print until re-setup the config.
- Please submit a ticket to IT Support with your available date and time for re-setup.
